When she began her own health and wellness journey, she soon discovered her passion for nutrition, her love for cooking, and mental health. Her joy for serving others fuels her on her mission to educate individuals on how to heal your mind, body, and spirit.


Fun Fact: Brittany's guilty pleasures are Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and dark chocolate.

Kayla is an organized, creative, multitasking, problem solver. As well as a devoted wife, sister, daughter and friend.​

Kayla has over 7 years of experience in full operation management, on-location productions, website management, and social media. She likes to say being a Libra helps her to maintain the balance! Personal growth has become a passion for her in the recent year and she has the deep desire to continually grow and learn.


Fun Fact: Kayla appeared on TV while hosting and interviewing a local cheese shop. She loves Cheese!
