Not necessarily. The Early College programs provided an opportunity to take challenging courses and accelerate educational opportunities. However, the amount of work necessary to succeed in college level courses may be much greater than in high school courses. In addition,聽Early College (dual enrollment) courses become a part of a student鈥檚 permanent college transcript聽and will impact eligibility for financial aid and admission to other postsecondary institutions.
